MALIA REYNOLDS

 I have been tattooing since 2004. I started tattooing at 454 Tattoo in Encinitas, CA, once called Beachin' Tattoo, under Billy Barnett.  After a 2 year apprenticeship, I moved to Atlanta, GA. where I have worked at Ink and Dagger in Decatur and at Memorial Tattoo in Atlanta. I am currently the co-owner of EMPIRE ARTS GALLERY located in the heart of Kirkwood where I tattoo and co-operate an art gallery and local art boutique with fellow tattooer and fine artist Brandi Smart.
   
  I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. After graduating from high school, with honors, I pursued a degree in Graphic Design and graduated, with honors, from San Diego State University in 2003. Upon graduation, I moved back to Hawaii, where I was born, to enjoy life. Six months later, I moved back to San Diego and pursued a tattoo apprenticeship and have been tattooing ever since.
